Neals Yard at Home

Hi
Does anyone here do Neals Yard at Home? I've just found out about it and I love their stuff, but reluctant to phone for info as on past experience companies can do the hard sell bit if they think you're interested! If anyone has any info about how the scheme works, how much it costs to start up etc. I'd be very grateful.
