Please can someone post an easy meatball recipe for me? If poss one where they can be cooked in the oven as our grill burns everything (not me i promise!) and I don't really want to fry them.
Many thanks
Daisy

Mine love spaghetti and meatballs at moment (meatballs = pork mince, couple slices bread, half an onion clove of garlic parsley and an egg food-processed then rolled in flour and baked in 180 oven for about 20 mins) then simmered in any old tomato sauce

Turkey mince works surprisingly well, you don't even need egg to bind it. The recipe I've been using is just chopped onion and garlic, half a teaspoon of Swiss vegetable Bouillon (sp?) powder and 500 g mince. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or so turning once, then simmer in a tomato-y sauce for another 10 minutes.

Waitrose recently had some at a lovely price and we just followed their suggestion: place in a dish with a tin of tomatoes, olives, olive oil, salt/pepper, oregano and bake for about 40/50 mins.

Really tasty!
