apple crumble

have got loads of apples spare at the mo want to use them for a crumble but cant find my book for recipie. or any other thoughts on what to do with the apples

Try typing "apple crumble" into google, i got a fab banana loaf recipe from there....then enjoy apple crumble. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Can I use plain flour for crumble? Just realised I've only got plain. I have some bicarb and some baking soda - would that help?

use plain flour but use half oats half flour, use brown sugar and add a handful of chopped nuts or muesli --- makes divine crumble with a hint of toffee...

used plain. twas georgeous. haven't had crumble for years. can't believe dd didn't like it - she just ate the custard.
