I might be mad, but I've just agreed to hold a cocktail party on Saturday night to celebrate friends birthday. Now I'm stumped, I'm trying to think up as many cocktail recipes as I can, using as few base boozes as possible. Im thinking Vodka Cava Cointreau Brandy to make "Champagne" cocktails, moscow mules, cosmos, sea breezes..... what else should I be ading to the list? What are your favourites?

love something called a Poinsettia (v festive!) - cointreau or grand marnier in base, top up with fizz and cranberry juice - delicious and absolutely lethal Smile

Can't go wrong with Mint Juleps, Mojitos and Margeritas. (IMO citrussy ones much nicer than creamy sugary things.)
