Using up baked smoked haddock fillet

There are three fillets of smoked haddock in the packet and I'm having TWO for dinner because I'm so hungry :)

I've baked the other one too as they're actually a little bit small to have on their own. What can I do with it? Something cold to have in my packed lunch tomorrow?

Chop it up and stir into cold spicy cous cous or Waldorf salad.

Kedgeree? I think that could be quite tasty cold.

Simple recipe.

Fry onions and garlic, add curry powder, stir in cooked cooled rice and flake in haddock.
