Have to feed myself, DSD, dh & dh friend tomorrow and no idea what to cook them, desert is home made meringues with fruit but no idea what to actually cook them 
don't have a slow cooker, but have frozen chicken strips, bacon, sausages, veg, rice, potatoes any ideas what to make?
