Bought a chicken yesterday and just noticed use by date is yesterday.... will this all be OK to cook and eat today?

I would. Although smell it 1st thats usually the best way to tell.

How does it smell and how good is your fridge. I'm sure it will be fine, it didn't suddenly go off on the stroke of midnight.
