What can I do with it? DS likes it but has had it mixed with veg salad style two days running. DD has only eaten it with ketchup.

What can I do with it that's not one of the above?!

Make it into a couscous cake - this savory one is yummy: capayvalleyfarmshop.com/blog/5/cheesy-leek-and-couscous-cake/

Serve it hot with ratatouille or chicken chasseur or any other quite wet main dish? I'm sure it would microwave OK.

I have it with vanilla yoghurt and fruit for breakfast sometimes.

Stuffed into peppers? With some veg chopped in maybe and cheese on top?

Cake wins! Give that a try this avo - I have to hide it's current form because DS is moaning we're having it every day!

I just don't want to waste it

Chopped dried cranberries and pomegranate is lovely.

Not sure about the cake.

Add some tomato based sauce and feta cheese maybe some finely chopped vegetables and put it into a tortilla wrap. Wrap it tightly and oven bake until wrap begins to brown.

Ended up having an impromptu BBQ so turned it into a salad with pomegranate, mint, cucumber, rocket and pistachios

Devoured by grown ups (so there DC)

It's really nice with spring onions and sun dried tomatoes chopped into it then cooked in the oven with salmon (all wrapped in grease proof paper).

Oh and squeeze some lemon into it.
