aspartame toxins

When u buy food & drinks does it tell you on labels if aspartame is in the product? Xx

Or on a more rational note. Read about it and decide for yourself! I choose not to have aspartame but it is a personal choice

If Aspartame is present, by law there has to be a warning that it contains a source of phenylalanine. If you check for this, it's usually in bold and obvious, you can avoid buying stuff containing aspartame.
