I don't eat much junk food as a rule - I do eat cheese, steak, homemade hamburgers, bread, but not things like crisps or biscuits.
We're on hols in the UK (we live abroad) and my mum offered round a box of Thornton's chocolates after lunch today as she'd received them as a thank you gift. I ended up eating 3 (my "I'm on holiday" mindset kicked in!!) A bit later I had a splitting headache. Before the chocolates I'd eaten a bowl of courgette soup and for breakfast I'd had rhubarb. Only drank water today, and plenty of it, it's not sunny or hot and we haven't done anything weird. Did the chocolates give me that horrible headache?
