I made Soupdragon's flapjacks yesterday and I have a half-tin of condensed milk left. I am not making another batch of flapjacks or I will eat them all Grin.

Guinness Punch? I haven't found a metric recipe, so I'm not too clear on whether you would have enough to make one or two glasses.

Fudge.

Melt chocolate of choice -galaxy is nice, or milky bar.

Stir in condensed milk.

Leave to set. Smile

Thank you! Many ideas to consider...
I used to love it straight from the tin when I was a teenager, but not so much now.

I should have looked here yesterday when I had half a tin of condensed milk left for ideas. Love the suggestion of adding the galaxy bar.

In the end I cooked it on hob with 100g butter and 100g sugar for about 20 mins and poured results into a small tin to set. Tastes gorgeous....like Caramac bar. Going to cover with melted choc later and offer to kids as homemade sweets.

Make jelly with a splash of hot water to melt the cubes then stir in condensed milk to make it up.to 500ml.or just below. Leave to set into a mousse.

Heat it to make dulce de leche.

Pour it over mashed ripe bananas. Add a shortbread biscuit if you wish.
