Substitute for cream?

I want to make chocolate tarts with a ganache for friends coming to dinner, but one of the dd's is allergic to dairy. What could I use instead?

hmmm the interwebs are telling me to puree tofu - apart from the fact that dh would boak at the very idea, does it really work??

I use Oatly cream as a dairy-free alternative - the taste is quite neutral!

I've used oatly cream before too, but for main meals rather than baking so I'd be interested to hear how well it works!
