I put a beef brisket in the slow cooker this morning and dh has just rung to say after finishing work late today their boss is taking them all out for a curry. My question is can I reheat a brisket tomorrow? It's cooked in red wine and onions, and my crock pot can go in the oven, so can I just reheat it tomorrow evening in the oven or will it be dry and hideous?
