The Spicery - question re vegans

I've been on the Christmas threads this morning looking at subscriptions for the Spicery for my vegan sister :)

There is a vegetarian box, but the recipes that accompany it often use cheese, honey & eggs. Is it easy to adapt these recipes so they are vegan? Would I be giving her a lovely spicy present or a massive pain in the arse having to hunt down vegan friendly ingredients to use it?
