Help me find this recipe please?

I made it the other evening and it was a big hit but I've thrown the recipe away by accident. It's from Waitrose's latest magazine supplement and is called Dosa with bean & lentil sambar. When I try to google it, a recipe-filling site keeps coming up and I can't find it on the Waitrose site. I'm trying to get organised and have all recipes electronic so keen to have this one the same. Can anyone help please?

It's from the July magazine and I have found a list of ingredients if you can remember what to do with them.
carrots
coriander leaves
fenugreek seeds
ground rice
garlic
ginger
red lentils
mustard seeds
onions
garam masala
vegetable stock
curry paste
runner beans

I think you may be able to register at the recipe filing site and then get access to whole recipe... you could try emailing the waitrose magazine people or try tweeting them?
