I can do the toast
My mushrooms always look soggy and are quite tasteless. I've tried cooking them in olive oil or butter. I think I'm probably using the wrong mushrooms but also how am I cooking them wrongly?
I don't want garlic mushrooms just the delicious pile of mushrooms they serve at Carluccios or lovely tea shop breakfast .
Can anyone help?
