pizza dough

I really really really really really really really want a pizza from Strada. DH says we can't afford it.

Does anyone have a really good recipe/tips for making pizza dough that will come out like a Strada pizza?!

Pizza stone or one of those trays with holes in, heat tray before putting pizza on it if you can. Jamie Oliver dough recipe and a very hot oven.

Thanks for the tips. Unfortunately I don't have either of those type of trays, but I will do the dough and heat my sheet first!
