I know it's been done before but I'm doing it again. Packed lunches which aren't sandwiches.

I have to go back to packed lunches next week. For me, not the DCs.

So far on my menu I have:

Pasta, pesto, rocked and pine nuts.

Tabouleh. Maybe with some cheese on top.

What else?

I'm thinking stuff I can do in bulk and DH and I can both have a couple of times a week.

My sons favourite is cold fusilli, strips of ham, cheese and cucumber, topped with drizzles of salad cream.

I back the sand but add a honey mustard dressing instead.

I like cold rise and peas. Up til a certain thread this evening I also liked cold noodles and beansprouts :(

Bean salad is yummy, esp spicy one, cold salmon with cucumber and tomato but perhaps shorter fridge life.

Good link Snazzy.

We won't have facilities to heat stuff up so it's going to have to be salad in a tupperware thing I think.

Tuna mayo, with carrot stocks to dip, or Little Gem lettuce leaves to scoop.

I make packed lunch everyday - no sandwiches, mostly leftovers - from the freezer or the fridge.
Mostly soups, stews, tomato sauce, puy lentils and sausage/bacon/chicken. Chicken drumsticks, sausages, homemade nuggets, pasta, curry, homemade pies and sausage rolls, frittata muffins, salads, Parma Ham.

So I can have a bit of more than one thing at a time :) your name suggests a good cheese, crackers and fruit selection might be an idea too
