Oh so lovely, wanted to share with you that is completely vegan and on offer in Sainsbury's at the minute both smooth & crunchy for £1.50

I'm in heaven :)

I saw that in tesco and was a bit Hmm even though I love the biscuits. Describe it for me... Grin

Oooooh is it like the carrmelised biscuits they make? I love those, but the individually wrapped ones to make it feel like I am somewhere not at home!

It is just like the biscuits, looks like peanut butter, flavour is bit more intense and is lovely spread on rice cakes :)

It is incredible, I used to buy it in France and am sooooo happy it is here now. Will be nipping to Sainsburys for some tomorrow :)

Madamecastafiore I do that too lol. I carry a few packs in my handbag as I go for coffee with friends and usually there is nothing vegan to eat so I eat a Lotus pack of two instead and it doesn't look out of place!

I fancied trying this (thanks to this thread) so went to tesco specifically to buy this and the display they had is gone! Will need to go and hunt it out elsewhere...

This stuff is like crack and I now refuse to have it in the house

and instead have been googling for recipes to make it myself

Indeed it is crack!! I have consumed a full jar since Thursday using the 'nobody will miss a spoonful' method each time I pass the jar! Now I can see the glass bottom of the jar and I will be caught out any day soon :(

It is amazing stuff! FoodGawker has some good recipes but I've found you have to search for Biscoff, Specaloos or Cookie Butter.

It is amazing. I used to have to bring it back from Brussels, now I just need to go to waitrose. Grin
