Lower cal puds and treats

Does anyone have any suggestions for lower calorie and lower fat puddings and treats?

I'm trying to lose a serious amount of weight at the moment and I just want chocolate pudding and a decent sized portion of it!

All suggestions gratefully received! Smile

Or a banana split made with natural yogurt instead of ice cream and no whipped cream?

Fat free or low fat yogurt with mixed berries or a swirl of honey, cup of low cal hot choc, sugar-free jelly, vanilla muller light with choc sprinkles, angel delight with skimmed milk, a creme caramel, a treat-size kit kat . . .

Chocolate mousse pots are usually lowish calorie wise, with a sprinkling of flake chocolate on top.

I do a "cheats cheesecake" which is just lemon curd and cream cheese mixed together on a biscuit base, a friend has has great success using the extra-light cheese and weight watchers lemon curd and digestive biscuits. X
