2 quick questions re: chapatis and sweet potato curry

1, can I make chapatis using wholemeal bread flour?

2, does anyone have a basic sweet potato curry recipe that does not have any curry pastes or coconut milk in, as I don't have these items!

2, what ingredients do you have? Curry powder? Individual spices?

Yes have lots of individual spices, plus onions, garlic, tins of chopped tomatoes. Do I just use my normal chapati method but use the flour I have instead? Thanks for replying!
