Irish stew that I made yesterday so it would be at its yummiest today. Followed by cake as it's DD3's 4th birthday today.

Toad in the hole. Bought some lovely organic sausages from local place yesterday. Would normally put them with kidney beans / lentils & tomato passata but because they're organic I want to actually taste the pig!

With mushy peas as D2 just got her brace fitted.

Left over roast dinner. DC are eating out and will probably cook DH something quick like an omelette when he eventually gets home.

Huge pot of vegan chili made yesterday so in agreement with Frankwippery it will be even more gorgeous today, serving with baked tortillia bowl and salad :)

Tomorrow I have made mediteranian stuffed cabbage leaves, stuffed with brown lentils, rice, olives, raisins, onions & peppers served on rice with a spicy tomato sauce.

Wednesday is Polish vegetable soup with home baked 7 seed bread.

Thursday is our monthly gourment night (not as chaotic as Fawley Towers) and we are having a belated Chinese New Year with, wonton soup with Jamie O's steamed coconut buns, sweet sour veg, ginger spiced beef for the carnivores, Con You Bing (scallion pancakes/flatbread), fried rice & plain rice, prawn crackers, for dessert we're having a chinese fruit salad including lychees a huge big tin of them (thank you Lidl) and fortune cookies :)

Friday will be ^ leftovers.

Saturday homemade pizza

Sunday - undecided yet.

Very proud that I have managed to meal plan this week and am ahead of myself in preparation :) Just hope I can keep this up!!

This. It's seriously yummy & even my mushroom-hating toddler enjoyed it, although I think it's the texture he dislikes & it was pretty well blended! Smile

I've just had chicken curry, home made. I used this yellow curry paste for the first time with a tiny tin of coconut milk and a tin of tomatoes (fried the chicken off with an onion and added coriander at the end). It was truely delicious and as good if not better than take a way. Will put some spinach in next time and it will be more than perfect.

I ate too much and feel sick now
