please help me!! :(

I've just had my food shopping delivered, I ordered smoked bacon slices but apparently there wasn't any so instead they have sent a smoked bacon joint its 900g and I have no idea how to cook it or what I'm supposed to do with it. can anyone help me please

Do you need it today? If not then call them a d ask them to pick it up.

Boil it in water with a bay leaf and some pepper corns. As per instructions on packet. Slice and use I'm carbonara /Mac and cheese or anything else u would use bacon for. :)

Do you have a slow cooker? If so, bung it in with some full fat coke for 6 hours. It will come out delicious, even though it sounds v weird.

youmaycall I don't have time Sunday is my only day off. I will use it just didn't know how Lol.
wheres my never thought about cutting it up in chunks, good idea.
light train I do have a slow cooker I use it most days. How much coke would I use? And what would I serve it with? (Only me and DD)
