Realised that what I think is salami in the fridge may not be just pork and I cant bring myself to eat it. We get through a packet of processed sarnie meat a week and I am going to ditch this habit. But what are instant and affordable alternatives?
cheese (but thats not good every day!)
tuna (quite expensive)
marmite (only I like that)
meat from roasts (we have a roast each sunday so can have that meat for the first couple of days in the week, but it means one less main meal out of it)
cream cheese and ???
and then I get stuck!
