Vegetarian bolognaise for the slow cooker

I'd really like to do a veggie bolognaise in the slow cooker using some sort of mince but I know it tends to break down and go a bit soggy. Does anyone have a good recipe or technique for this? Or any other nice veggie slow cooking recipe? Have a 6week old baby so trying to make dinner time a bit more organised!

I don't have a slow cooker recipe but this lentil bolagnese is very simple to make (And tasty).
