Using frozen chicken/beef pieces in casseroles & curries etc?

Must sound completely thick blush - but do you thaw them out first, then use, or bung them in frozen? Also when using in a slow cooker recipe.

ALWAYS defrost them. Don't refreeze unless they are cooked. smile

No problem. I wouldn't want you to give yourself food poisoning. It's no fun at all (dodgy pizza).
