am on a diet and have made myself drool!!!

Tonight we're doing Italian sausages tossed w/pasta and fresh, chopped tomatoes and sprinkled w/parmesan cheese. Add a glass of red wine and some crusty bread toasted with olive oio and garlic and you got a lovely meal.

we are having beans on toast without the toast unless they re-open waitrose soon!

I'm also not leaving the house again - I'm completely drenched from the school run (why oh why does it always start raining just as you've left the house!) - I've had to completely change all our clothes, even our underwear was drenched!

Anyway, have a lovely roast pork with butternut in oven to make us all feel better.

Homemade soups with crusty rolls.

Sauted a red onion and courgette in olive oil, salt and pepper. Add 1.5 cups of brown rice, .5 cup red lentil, one can canellini beans, 1 veggie stock cube and 500ml water. Bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for about 40 minutes. Mmmmmm. Delicious w/crusty bread.
