Chicken Kiev

Anyone know how to make this from scratch. I have four chicken breasts sitting on the worktop waiting for me when I get home and know my children would prefer kiev. Is there a quick and easy receipe that wont take too long and is as good as (better than) the shop bought versions.

Make a hole in the chicken breasts and poke lots of garlic butter in them. Roll them in bread crumbs if you like!

PS doesnt the butter just run out of the hole when it heats up?
