Fussy dinner for four

Starters: Home made soup with garlic bread, warm winter veg salad with bowls of cheese cubed bacon sliced sausage etc so everyone can add their own garnish, large ravioli with cream sauce, chicken liver pâté.

Main: Steak and kidney pie with mash, chicken/beef/rabbit casserole, beef Wellington, duck breast with poached dried fruit.

A Moroccan theme would be fun, humus, stuffed vine leaves, savoury pastries, then a chicken tagine and sticky cakes dates for pudding.

How about some stuffed chicken breasts as a main course?

I like to do them with the garlic and herb boursin cheese spread inside, then roll them up tight. Normally I'd wrap them in bacon to hold the shape but you can make them into neat sausages with foil and then just bake them in a dish lined up like cannelonis.

When they are nearly done, I split the top of the foil parcels and brush them with a bit of butter to help the tops get nice and brown.

I have to cook for 6. No pork, fish, goats cheese, shell fish or lamb. Ideas or links to recipes for first and second courses most welcome.
