I understand the inability to sleep and about problems that become so much worse in the small hours, everyone has nights like that.

I'm forever awake as the rest of the house sleeps soundly, tip-toeing about, unable to breathe properly because I'm worrying and over-analyzing everything, then morning comes and the feelings start to recede only to resurface again later.
