I'm thinking I should give MN a break. Or at least aibu.

Spending way to much time on here when I could and should be doing other things.

I'm really starting to dislike aibu, the responses seem to be bordering on bullying at times with very mumsnet type rules that don't seem to apply in real life. I hate seeing a poster piled on by the vocal masses.

Even the mumsnet 'be nice' thread ended up in a bun fight.

Bf/ff, shoes on/off in the house, P&C parking spaces, people just don't seem to give a stuff about these things in real life or at least they don't talk about them.

I'm glad it's not all lovey dovey, and MN can be funny and entertaining, and even supportive. But I think I should spend more time in the real world.

It's a bit like when I kept reading the Daily Mail, I think it warped my mind!

More and more frequently it seems that, for some, mn is serving as nothing more than an anonymous outlet for people to release their inner-bitch. And boy oh boy do they release it with gusto.
Some of the posts I've read on here lately are shameful.

Saying that, I'll still be hanging around though.
