Hi, glad things seem clearer Grey - that's great news.
I've been better this week. Went to pilates Tues night, and I felt much calmer on Wed, sort of still inside is the best way I can describe it, and that was really nice. I have been ok since then.
Have been watching the jungle too, but soooooooo fed up of katie Price. It has turned into the 'katie Price Show' now - noone else is getting a look in. Wish she had stayed at home. Do you think she is putting on a nice act, or is actually nice?

Morning all ..

Yoummy hope you had a nice time with your cousin grin and it helped put the anxiety in petrol station behind you , iv had that happen , a few months ago went to watch school play and was rushing for a seat (alone) got one and was fine then a while into play came over all clammy and felt wizzy and heart racing , thought i would have to leave but did breathing and had a chat with myself and worked through it ... it is strange were it comes from though is'nt it you can be fine one min and then it happens .
I bet your DS did like to be in PJs ..bless , forgot was CIN yesterday oops ..

IV been ok ish having a bit of anx and trying not to let bad thoughts take over another health worry hmm
went to dentist for check up with DC and mine was due , al ok but hes taken x-rays of my teeth says to check decay ,me being me is thinking maybe hes checking for something els , as you know my fear of MC etc ....he examined my mouth said all was ok i think ,kids were messing about so had trouble listening and keeping them in check to ... now mind running all bad thoughts in head and im trying not to let thing s spiral ....
i cant see any patches in mouth or ulcers now and jaw seems fine so hope im just over reacting .....sad
plus iv just started some exercise this week which iv enjoyed , but now i keep getting pain behind my knee where it bends and then shoting pains sometimes up the front of my leg ... worse when in exercising in LBT class , worried i may have DVT going on as i have visable veins there where i get the pain ....really put a dampner on my class last night as was worried what it could be ... ad as usual im thinking the worst ..sad
havent had chat with mum yet either as her partner just had eye op done and came out of hospital yesterday so i may go and see her tomorrow to chat about how im feeling ... got to catch her in right mood to ...not easy ..

Period due to so this not helping with anxiety also as im worse always around this time .

Sorry for rant ... but i need to talk about it as going round and round in my head ...
havent had chance to read my anx book much either ..must make time ....

How is every one els ?

Thanks for listeing

Luv to all xxxx

Evening Ladies,

How has everyone been, where have you all been hiding?? lol!

Had a bot of a panic today Pretty gutted about it. Was just in the near by pertrol station (M&S store too) picking up something for lunch! It was pretty busy and as I was standing in the queue it just came over me! It was horrible, just wanted to run. Could feel me heart pounding, hand shacking, and felt a little faint. Worst I have felt for ages! Just wanted to run, but it was pretty busy and I would have mad a fool out of myself hmm. I just stayed, but was so glad to get out. I was okay the minute I left thought! Argh! Why do we have anxiety! lol! Pain in the butt!

Anyway, enough of my moaning! DS had PJ party today at nursery for childern in need! He was so happy going to nursery in his PJ, had a big grin on his face! Took him to McD's for his lunch after!

Had friends down this afternoon and got y cousin over tonight for a few drinks! Happy Days!

Hope evryone is okay, busy and happy with no need to come on here

Evening Girls,

How are you all?? I am good - have had a pretty mucg anxiety free day!

Just thought I would pop in for a wee catch up as the boys were in bed! DS1 keep coming down hmm I am really going to have to get him to start going to bed by himself! Its my own fault - any tips??? lol!

Blissa - you are like me I hate not going throug with things! If I had just felt tescp the other day I would have been kicking myself! I would have taking it a s set back!

Watched that programme last night about panic attacks, was pretty dispointing to be honest. Never learned anything I didn;t already know!

Right better go n get this boy to bed! Argh! He is so tired!

Hope everyone else is okay x x x
Thanks Greyskull, I am glad that I managed to get round, I would have been really peed off with myself if I'd given up. Hope you are ok today.

Dd1 is off school with a sore throat. The weather is absolutely terrible- so windy.

Hope everyone is ok xx
Blissa good on you for getting round tesco, it is really a big thing that you have done, I have been asked to help with ds's beavers but I just can't at the moment, it is such a shame the group is likely to close after christmas if no-one comes forward.

Hi everyone else, I hope you have all had a good day, nearly bed time smile

still absorbing the new mother stuff, I am really pleased about it yet still cautious.
thinking about y'all...

Afternoon All,

Hope you are all having a good one! Was up and out this morning so a quiet afternoon in the house. DS2 has a nasty cold and was up a lot last night! We slept in thismorning and I kept DS1 off of nursery blush. Hate keeping him off but we would have been to late for it to be worth taking him over! Terrible!!!!

BTP, So glad you feel like you are making some progress with your mum! I hope it continues as you sounds so much happier for it !!!

Hey potato, hasyour day gotten any better?? I feel sometimesthat the mornings are worse when you are thinking about theday ahead, but as the day goes on u feel more relaxed?? The books Bigmamma recommended sound good might see if I can get them too!

Mumof2000, Hope tomorrow goes well for you! Are you going to speak to your mum about her drinking?? That must be pretty hard for you to watch your mum go through that?! My family seem to have a few aictive personalitites (drink & drugs) Watched my Granda go down hill for years, its not nice. {{{{{hugs}}}}

Blissa, Glad you enjoyed the party lasr night afte what sounds like a stressful day! Good luck with helping out a screaming brownie pack tonight, lol! So Glad you and DP have sorted things out!

Bigmamma - any luck with the anxiety group yet??

Don;t forget that programme is on tonight if anyone can get STV?? Not sure if its on ITV, but it looks good! Its called 'make me happier'!.

Weather up here today it a total mixed bag - still freezing though! Looking forward to my bed tonight! lol! Long way off!

Will pop on later if I get the chance x x x
Anyway, I managed to get round and home ok but still felt funny all day. I think I had got myself wound up about the party ds went to. It was a soft play centre that I hadn't been to about half an hours drive away. I had to follow my friend there and I had taken another little girl with us. The drive stressed me out, but hey we got there, they all had a good time, and we got home ok.

Feel much better today, tonight I have been roped into helping out at dd1s Brownies- oh joy!

I hope you're ok moose.

Good luck with your mum tomorrow mumof2000.

Sorry you're not feeling to good potatocakes, I hope your day gets better
