I have posted in here so many times when I am low, I wanted to share good stuff too.

I have been on ADs for a month now and I feel all happy and at peace with the world.

DD has been Hard Work today, but I have gotten through it without screaming and shouting.

I have a husband who has stuck by me being a bitch until I have finally remembered who I am, and that I adore him.

I have good friends.

Tax credits seem to have got my numbers right

I have 2 beautiful, healthy children. Plus a gorgeous kitten on the way

I am very thankful for everything I have right now.

That made me Flame. So pleased that you are feeling so well. It's lovely to hear of people getting better and feeling able to move on. (and you give great nappy advice too, )

Deany - even though it seems foolish looking back on it (I'm feeling the same ), at the time it was completely overwhelming so not foolish at all.

Good for you.

Feeling much better here to ...... hope others will see it does get better - and keep coming on to support those currently 'in the hole'
