I have had a pretty good week.

Have felt depressed but it hasn't lasted too long.

I have managed with the kids and we have all had a good time.

When the kids have played up it hasn't escalated into chaos.

I feel happy, content and calm and it scares the living daylights out of me!

Been a bit down the last couple of days. Mid cycle bleeding again too.

i would like to recommend a fab pill that im on its called cerazette and its a mini pill that you take without a break , it has stopped by periods completly(what more can a girl ask 4). have recommened it to a good friend of mine who suffered badly with bleeding most of the time and even embarrasingly on a massage table in the local salon and she has hardly any bleeding now. give it a go if you can it has also calmed down her bad pmt

natabanana-is your depression usually worse during PMT time?i often feel uncomfortable with feeling ok,or even good,in the post-af week.in fact,this month ive not even been to bad in the post-ovulation period,and i am wondering if its ;
a)a fluke
b)the prozac
or c)the calcium and magnesium supplements ive been taking.

fwiw the practise nurse at my gp surgery recommended the new POP to me,telling me about the lack of periods,no PMT etc.er-after my experience with the small amount of progesterone in the mirena coil i'd rather not risk it thanks

My period finished about 10 days ago but I haven't worked out where it fits in my cycle when I have good days.
