Hi, sorry you are feeling so low. Like pp hope you are feeling better. Dont know your situation, but I have spiralled {?} before myself, loved it , made progress, then been terrified that it would happen again. I saw my psycho therapist today an dknow how scary this can be, even just talking in sentences! Please talk as much as you can, here if you need us, best wishes

Thanks everyone. I have been suffering from depression on and off since I was 16. I am on meds and have just started seeing a psychiatrist. It is all quite new and is a bit scarry. I have only worked 10 weeks since march this year and am feeling the pinch a bit. Dh is being great about it all but I am starting to feel that I should be punished for not making any financial contribution to the household and for adding to stress levels as I find it difficult to go out and to look after the house properly. The kids allways go to school/nursery clean and tidy.
