I took ad's for a year would say it took a good 7-8 months to feel myself again while i was on them, have just finished taking them so i guess time will tell if i'm all better.

Feel fine at the moment and i came off them very very gradually so only had side effects when I stopped altogether and they only lasted a couple of weeks.

How are you feeling on them?

Possibly forever if you don't take ADs. I had PND after DS and still had it though less so after DD1 , only really gone with pregnancy of DD2. I'd recommend Ads over going it alone for 5 years like I did. Mind you 2 DDs in a row helped mine - but that's a bit drastic. Good luck.

if you feel good then it may be worth lowering your dose just take it slow. If it doesn't feel like the right time there is no harm staying on them a bit longer.
