Just wanted to give you some positive feedback. A couple of months ago I finally admitted to myself and dh that I was suffering from depression, I suspect its been around since dd2 was born 4 1/2 years ago. Went to the gp was prescribed ad's and got very worried when i read the leaflet and decided that I didn't want to take them. Having said that I new I was definately depressed and so after coming on here and generally researching and talking to gp I decided to take SJW. I started 10 days ago and the last two or three days I have felt so much happier then I felt in ages - I really feel as if a weight has been lifted.

Although I would describe my depression as mild/moderate I just wanted you all to know that there is hope and for me at least the happy days feel like they've returned.

No side effects whatsoever, apparently they take the same sort of time as ad's so normally about 2 weeks, but could take longer - maybe Laneydaye it'll take a bit longer? I do hope you feel better soon - keep talking it might help.
