Nearly killed myself today

I don't really know what else to say, other than I very nearly took an overdose today, I had the tablets ready, but then partner come in.

DP was very supportive, knows I'm having a hard time but not this hard.

We cried together and spoke abit.

But I'm thinking it maybe easier to speak here

Im struggling alot with a number of things and just can't cope

I wrote a symbol on a different thread as I needed to make sure it worked.

Im so so glad your dp stopped you. I think you should go to your gp tomorrow. There is help available.

The priority is to keep yourself safe. Do you think you might try again? What pills were they? Can you get your dp to lock them away?
