Anyone else struggle with this? Did a search of the forums but all threads seemed to be old.
I'd really like to try to get a handle on it over the coming months - winter is always a worse time for me and my eyelashes are already looking a bit sparse.
If anyone else suffers with this, perhaps we could try to support each other to get in control of it?

Me too - done it for years, feel a bit of a freak tbh. I don't seem able to stop - can go for weeks and think i have cracked it, then the compulsion comes back as strong as ever. My eyebrows are looking very sparse at moment.

Me, I also go in phases with it. If I keep my hair all tied back in a bun or similar it helps a bit. I appreciate that's not helpful for eyebrows! It's worse if I'm stressed I think, which is a lot as my job is horrible, but even if I feel okay I find my hand up in my hair.

DD (age 3) pulls all her hair out. She has done it since as soon as she could grab it. Docs think it is part of her ASD but the extent ranges from the size of a 50p to the whole lot pulled off. It always increases with stress and change of routine. I'm hoping she grows out of it.

I have done this since I was 15, I'm now 33. There are lots of support groups on Facebook.......I have been trying to stop for a while now. So sick of having to wear my hair up in a ponytail all the time!
