Anyone else have house anxiety?

Hi. I went through a bad experience with a house once. Neighbour issues were a particular issue which caused issues when we came to sell. Sold at less than house was worth just to get rid.

fast forward several years and after renting, we bought again. Was initially made up with the new house but the rot has started to set in - (the rot being in my head - not actual rot!). I can't help but see all the negative points in my house, worried won't be able to sell, worried we paid too much - just generally worried.

DH is fine, thinks new house is best decision we ever made and DS loves it too. What can I do? i feel like I'm going out of my mind with worry.

Are you worried about other things and focusing on the house, do you think? Maybe a good idea to visit your GP?
Hopefully someone more helpful will be along soon. Flowers I know anxiety is horrible.

Just the house. It is a very focused anxiety!

I had that kind of anxiety of our new house. I was convinced that it is invested with mould. I want to tear everything down to see where it is. I ended up depressed about the whole thing. But the anxiety wore of with the time and so did the depression. I did visit gp because of the depression.

Glad to hear your anxiety has gone airborne. I hope mine does as we aren't intending to move any time soon so I need to get over it or drive myself mad in the process.
