Me too - although about to go and pick up DS from pre-school so won't share my story yet.

But today is my birthday, the sun is shining and I am happy .

I think it helps to know that you're not alone. Especially if you have no one to share your story with. We won't know unless we try.

That'a a step in the right direction Tyedye. I'm on ADs as well (8 weeks) and I've felt better since I started. Although, I still have days when I feel a bit down but it's not as bad as it was. Please try to be strong. I know it's easier said than done but it will be better for the children in the long run. Look after yourself.

Good luck Tyedye.

I've been on AD's all through my adult life, on and off. This time round I've been on them for around 18 months. I find that they give me the strength to cope with sorting my life out without getting stuck in a depressive black hole. Tyedye you might find things easier to deal with when you've been on them for a few weeks. Well worth a try ime.
