Can anyone recommend an App to track mood/depression symptoms?

I'm thinking it would be helpful to identify triggers etc and also on a bad day remind me there have been good days. There are several on the apple App Store but I wanted a recommendation really..... Thank you!

I use a website called Moodscope - you flip over cards to show what your mood is like and you can make notes about the day. There are both free and paid for versions so you can see if you like it or not.

It's here Moodscope

Do you pay any attention to what it tells you after you've taken the test or just use it to keep track of the scores? Is there a minimum time you have to use it for before it stats to make sense?

Mood Tracker is also good. I used for about 6 months on iPad shared / synced with iPhone.
Nice and simple to use.
If you really feel whizzy though you can even export it as a cvs file into Excel (not that you really need to, I hasten to add).

Mood Panda is easy to use and free, although it automatically updates a profile for you and random people can come and give you "hugs" Hmm I made up a random username and nobody in real life ever found me though so I just ignored that part of it.
