Anyone take it? What for may I ask? How do you find it?

I take it occasionally. I suffer with depression & I'm a recovering anorexic. I do suffer with anxiety & mild OCD. I find during PMT time I get very agitated & feel shaky so I take just one tablet. If I lose anything I have to find it & get really stressed out so I need to take it then too. I am also on sertraline & Olanzapine too.

I find it works really well. I only take the lowest dose 0.5 mg.

I have akathisia and jitters from a strong dose of antipych so I just started takin 0.5 4 times a day with option to up it if it doesnt work. Thanks for your reply

It worked really really well for me, reduced my jitteryness from sertraline almost instantly :) Didn't knock me out like a stronger benzo, just, was calmer.
