Emetophobia sufferer with a 3 yr old

I'm new on here and hoping to find some ppl in the same position as me I've suffered from emet since I was 6 I'm now 29 have 2 ds aged 11 and 3, I'm just struggling with the time of year and the little one at nursery he is only at a play group thing at the moment 2 mornings a week but starts proper pre school in jan and I just know he'll pick something up :( I'm just not coping good at all at the moment :( help xx
