cures for pmt

i have suffered with depression for a number of years but have been okay and not on any medication for the last 12 months.
but at that time of month i feel so low, i'm grumpy towards dd & dh.
i hate feeling like this i just wondered if anyone had tried anything to combat these feeling each month.

Going on the Pill? Works for me, but makes some people's PMT far worse! Vitamin B6, Evening Primrose oil tend to be recommended also.

Talk,Exercise,eat little and often,join a PMT support group,dont take Prozac.

Magnesium and vit b6 does it for me but i have to take a break now and again as it wears off. i have also tried st johns wort.
