Not sure if it is depression or that I am just feeling so tremendosly crap.

Fell on the verge of tears practically all day. Have no energy, entuhusiasm or anything. Feel tired even though I am sleeping ok.

Rang in work sick yesterday and today not because I am sick but just feel like I will probably cry in front of everyone for no apparent reason.

Everytihng is just getting on top of me so much and I want it all to go.

slap me for being a patronising cow for suggesting this, but could this be PMT? I felt like this a lot when i was on the mini-pill. Is there anything in particular getting you down (I have seen that you have a thread going on your DD's behaviour btw!).

Erm is PMT continuous though ?? I mean i thought you only got that just before period ??

The stuff with dd is stressing me out yep, making me feel like such a bad unfit mother, i want to leave them all to it tbh.

Work is stressing me too, but can't afford to leave until I find sokething else.

it could be depression. or it could be plain old stress!
either way, it may be worth a visit to the docs,. he may be able to suggest something. it's worth going and seeing if you can get an appt with a counsellor although it may take a while to come through... you've got a lot going on right now and it's sometimes good to be able to go and talk to someone totally unrelated about stuff

right - what's the work problem? am focussing on that first as I imagine that's a hell of a lot more straightforward than DD!

Work are generally just being arsey.

When they asked me if i could stay on after xmas, I explained that I had a prob with every other thursday as dp works late. They said no prob, thursdays could be one of my days off. Since then i have been on the rota for evey thursday. I mentioned it and they said it was really a pain to have to remember that when doing the rota, and they aren't now sure if i can have every thursday off.
Plus the fact that I am meant to finnish at 10 but haven't finnished before 10.30 in ages.
Plus them saying there is 2 and a half hours worth of stock to put out on say disposables, and then me going up and there being about 10 cages of work, and them moaning when it isn't done in 2.5 hours.

I think a trip to the docs may be a help Starlover, even if i just get to moan alot.

do you get paid for the extra half hour. If not they are taking the p IMHO.

If it goes to half ten then yes but if it is 25 past then no.

I have left 2/3 jobs for similar reasons... just gets too much eventually and every little thing makes me just want to scream.
easier said than done i know!

Shelf stacking in Wilko's.

The people are nice (not including mangement), but the job seems to be getting worse and worse.

Yeah I will try and ring a few this week i think.

Have half decided to do an NVQ in childcare come sept so that I can get a term time only job in a classroom or state nursery too.

that's a good idea... definitely much better when you're doing something you want to do instead of just something to pay the bills

Yep I agree.

Plus anything that fits in with the kids, has to be good.
