Hi,
I'm going to start the 5:2 diet this week. I only need to lose the half a stone I've put on since taking ad.
I am a rubbish cook though so I need meal help which involves hardly any cooking.
At the moment I have breakfast and just an evening meal which is normally pasta, chips etc.
What can I eat that's quick and minimal prep.
