Fasting / 5:2 diet

Vitamins on 5:2

On a regular day I take B12, B complex, cod liver oil, fish oil, magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin C, and an iron sachet.

I'm hypothyroid and eventually found out I was deficient in a lot of things.

Should I skip them all on my two fast days?

All of those things should be in a healthy diet.
Supplements are generally an utter con.
The thyroid is dealt with by taking thyroxin, not vitamin C

if you are fasting, fast - but take all normal prescribed medicine.

Save up the money you spend on pills and send it on fish and veg for non fast days. Job done.

Why would you skip them- have you accounted for any calories in them?

Does the b complex and the b 12 cover 2 different things? Why gush oil AND cod liver oil?

Fish oil, not gush oil....

B Complex helps with the absorption of B12, and fish oil and cod liver oil complement each other.

Levothyroxine did not work for me Talkin peace and I gave it a ten year effert! I'm now on T3 Liothyronine, but my blood tests showed several deficiencies. Apparently the majority of underactive thyroid patients are lacking in iron and Vitamin D. Vitamin C helps with the absorption of thyroid medication, anything acidic does.

I've decided on a skeleton form of my usual protocols, it's only two days a week, so I've halved what I usually take.
