First fast day! How's this meal plan?

Two boiled eggs for lunch, no salt.

Iceberg lettuce with lemon juice for dinner.

Protein and plant! But it will come in at less than 500 cals, does it matter?

I did my first fast day yesterday. I had,503 calories spread over a similar time of day. I'd say have a little more for dinner though. How many calories in a boiled egg? I had 200 calories at lunch and 300 for dinner and felt really good, but had I had less the rest if the evening would have been hard.

Have a bit of fish or something for dinner? You will be very hungry come 8/9 pm. I usually have salad and ham for lunch and fish and veg for dinner.

You're right. I worked out my BMR and found I can aim at 530 calories. So I've had,

Very small apple from our tree - about 30
Two brazil nuts - 60
Boiled egg x 2 - 154

So I have 286 calories left. A small salmon fillet with lettuce, and lemon juice to flavour should bring me in at around 520!
