Hi all, I'm a 5:2 newbie! I've just completed my 4th fast and am finding it pretty easy to stick to. I fast on a Monday and Thursday and weigh on a Friday morning. I've lost 7lbs so far but my question is, if I'm weighing right after a fast day, is the reading reliable? Or is it going to be lower than usual due to fasting? Hope that makes sense. Finding that I feel much better on fast days (more energy, better mood) than on non fast days :)
